Therapy Line BillingAssistance with decision making daily planning and budgeting ~ $62.17 Per Hour
Therapy Line BillingLife transition planning incl. mentoring peer support individual skill development ~ $74.63 Per Hour
Core Line BillingTraining in self and plan management ~$74.63 Per Hour
Support Coordination Level 2 ~ $100.14 Per Hour Travel is charged up to a maximum of 30 mins each way from Valley View, for Support coordination, under Support Coordination billing. I do not charge km travelled and I will always look for the cheapest option for my clients. If you live further away or interstate, Teams Calls are always available.
*Please note funding can only be utilised from Plan Managed or Self Managed NDIS Plans(I am not able to support NDIS managed participants at this stage.)Contact me for any further information or enquiries.
